About the Role

This is a great opportnity to work with a team of consultants and Government clients to provide them support. You will develop expertise in content, processes, and procedures for business systems.   • Coordinating system enhancements to current systems.
  • Monitoring other analysts in software development methods and processes and implementation of those methods.
  • Detailing requirements through product development and other functions to support the project team.
  • Evaluating development projects.
  • Assisting in tailoring the development process to meet project needs.
  • You may be required to develop and deliver training.
  • Providing solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Accurately estimating deadlines and readjusting duties as needed.
  • Keeping manager and team members informed.
  • Participating actively within the team by sharing information.
  • Assisting in providing technical guidance to less senior technical staff.
  • Interacting closely with managers, colleagues, and customers.
  • Structuring logical documents and writing sections that require only minor editing.
  • Explaining and presenting good ideas frequently, effectively, and with confidence. 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree. Computer Science or directly related field (e.g., Information Technology, Information Science, etc. preferred).
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to work independently and provide sound exercise judgment and initiative. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint.
  • Self-confidence and strong initiative.

  • Network/IT experience
  • DHS experience
  • ServiceNow experience
  • CAPM or ITIL certification
  • SharePoint Administration
