  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech is looking for a Policy and Governance Analyst who will support the programmatic aspects of a Federal information security program. This individual will work as part of a team evaluating the security program's compliance with mandates, and focusing on risk management.     Responsibilities

    • Assist with developing, documenting, and implementing the NIST Risk Management Framework
    • Evaluate program requirements against internal and external mandates and develop tools for mapping these elements
    • Review customer’s policies and make improvements in coordination with the Risk Management Team Lead
    • Contribute to policy development in coordination with the team and the government customer

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience working with the Federal Government (master’s degree substitutes 2 years)
    • Experience performing gap analysis
    • Understanding of Federal policy structures (e.g. orders, memos, directives, special publications, etc.)
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work on the customer site 5 days a week
    • Proactive about professional development and willing to pursue industry certifications

    Desired Qualifications

    • Information security program experience
