  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech, one of Northern Virginia’s fastest growing federal consulting firms, is looking for a Training Specialist to join our Cyber Solutions Practice. Qualified candidates should have at least five years of demonstrated learning and development experience, at least a year of experience supporting federal or cybersecurity training initiatives, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance.     • Support the Training Lead and Program Manager with measuring the effectiveness of current and proposed training methods, as well as contribute to overall training program improvements.
    • Drive transformation for an agency's security awareness program forward by making recommendations and developing content based on existing experience and industry best practices.
    • Develop and deliver training for multiple stakeholders and be excited about customization options available to maximize training efficiency across the federal agency.
    • Develop creative campaigns and approaches to security awareness and social engineering awareness campaigns.
    • Support our customer’s existing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and computer-based training systems.
    • Drive monthly ISSO trainings in coordination with the technical delivery team.
    • Develop training for new hires across the federal agency with a focus on information security risk and awareness.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience coordinating, developing, and maintaining training course materials, briefs, and reports.
    • At least one year of cyber security training and or training experience with DHS.
    • Demonstrated experience with leading projects, technical writing, administrative tasks, and conducting briefings.
    • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and computer-based training.
    • Experience working with Adobe Captivate or Camtasia.
    • Flexibility and willingness to work with changing requirements.
    • Proactive about professional development and maintaining industry best practices and standards.
    • Superior oral and written communication skills.
    • This position requires a badge and or clearance that will require an extensive background/ credit check.
