This position is a great opportunity to foster the development of the acquisition workforce for a Government Agency to include supporting the management of federal acquisition programs. This position includes collaborating with senior executive leadership and multiple sub teams in support of strengthening acquisition policy and operations.     Responsibilities

    • Assist with coordination and logistical support activities to include varied, daily response development from program managers.
    • Document and track major management decisions and actions with varied frequency by program (e.g. daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly).
    • Coordinate, draft, develop, prepare, finalize, provide and distribute minutes, status reports, action items, meeting agenda and meeting notes.
    • Provide general operational support, including coordination of meeting logistics, assisting with preparation of agendas and slide decks, and store information on Team Google Drive.
    • Develop and update marketing and training materials (e.g., one-pagers, Quick Start Guides, FAQs, etc.).
    • Perform ad-hoc data analysis as requested. 

    Required Qualifications

    • 1+ years of relevant work experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Desired Qualifications

    • Prior management consulting experience supporting Federal clients
    • Experience using Google Suite of tools, Trello, and SmartSheets
