    eGlobalTech, one of Northern Virginia's fastest growing cybersecurity consulting firms, is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Analyst to join one of our longest standing projects. Our award-winning and highly visible team is looking for someone with stakeholder management experience who is great with coordination, outreach, communication, and extremely detail oriented.     Under the supervisor of the Team Lead and in collaboration with team members, the Business Analyst will:

    • Support training needs assessments with SMEs to develop training plans and design targeted training modules.
    • Facilitate stakeholder management through a shared mailbox and support of a monthly stakeholder engagement forum.
    • Process training content to develop specific learning objectives for large scale and targeted training environments.
    • Capture and track stakeholder feedback and training performance to inform organizational training needs.
    • Manage and facilitate communications with group leads and group members.
    • Provide project management and SME support for the Training Management Branch Chief as necessary.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 6+ years of professional experience in strategic communications, cybersecurity, instructional design, management consulting, or related field.
    • Experience in stakeholder and communications management.
    • Ability to provide meeting and event support and all related documentation.
    • Ability to develop skills and knowledge-based training programs.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • A keen attention to detail and ability to organize large amounts of data.
    • Ability to analyze content provided by subject matter experts to draft explicit learning objectives.
    • A general understanding of Federal information security policies, practices, and procedures.
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Background in cybersecurity and/or healthcare
    • Any process improvement/quality management certification (e.g., CMMI, PMP Six Sigma)
    • Experience developing and presenting materials and findings to senior executives or senior government officials understanding of Federal information security policies, practices, and procedures.
    • Knowledge of or ability to learn Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles and processes to assist with the development and design of performance-based trainings to meet organizational needs.
