• Support various Workforce Development and Performance Management projects and activities
• Collect and consolidate project data
• Consolidate and format performance document templates
• Coordinate and track performance documentation
• Complete quality check, peer review and ensure materials are error-free
• Coordinate, draft, develop, prepare, finalize, provide and distribute templates, standard operating procedures (SOP), project plans, minutes, status reports, action items, meeting agenda and meeting notes

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Internet research techniques
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Must follow written instructions/guidance effectively

This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Communications
• Knowledge of federal guidelines and policies governing workforce programs
