    eGlobalTech, one of Northern Virginia's fastest growing cybersecurity consulting firms, is looking for an energetic and motivated Communication Specialist to join one of our longest standing projects. The Communication Specialist will provide technical operational data calls and communications from a centralized agency response center. As part of our team, you will support the agency's efforts to provide a consistent methodology for tracking and reporting data calls.     Responsibilities

    • Support the development of enterprise communication, information tracking and reporting and process and procedure documentation
    • Coordinate, capture, communicate, and track all information requests and ensure timely response with appropriate capability response and input
    • Manage the distribution of urgent notifications to agency-wide stakeholders
    • Maintain existing tracking tools
    • Ensure quality assurance on all products developed and distribution methods

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 1+ years of experience, preferably in Workforce Development, Human Capital Planning, Human Resources, Recruiting or related field
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Demonstrably strong written communication skills
    • Must be self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
    • Experience with project management and project coordination
    • A general understanding of Federal information security policies, practices, and procedures
    • Any process improvement or quality management knowledge
    • This position requires a badge and or clearance that requires an extessive background/ credit check.
