This role will be responsible for Learning and Development, HR Metrics, and Performance and Resource Management.     Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Company’s education programs (Udemy) and learning opportunities for greater alignment with business objectives.
    • Handle and manage weekly onboarding for all new hires and provide a great candidate experience.
    • Manage day-to-day activities of multiple assigned projects, communicate status updates and proactively identify changes in scope of work to ensure appropriate planning measures are taken to assess impacts of scope change.
      • Focus on automating processes around employee checklists, manager guides, etc.
      • New hire surveys and analysis to share with leadership
      • Create an exit survey program
      • Mentor Programs
    • Recommend the best training solutions which may include Learning and Development solutions that take a blended approach to learning such as e-learning, classroom training, webinars, and simulations.
    • Review and address learner feedback, revise content as needed.
    • Revamp and manage the Performance Management Program across the organization. Create and implement communication structure, goal setting training, mid-year check-ins, and year-end process training for managers and employees.
    • Create training design consistent with adult learning theory that effectively conveys key information and achieves learning objectives.
    • Design and prepare educational aids, materials, quick reference guides, practice exercises and knowledge checks. Design follow up tools to evaluate training.
    • Work with vendors and internal eGT Stakeholders in the development and delivery of current and future leadership programs.
    • Provide Quarterly metrics/reporting on e-learning courses taken throughout organization.
    • Build communication plans for roll-out of programs in partnership with Marketing.
    • In partnership with recruiting, handle resource/redeployment of talent when contracts are won or lost. Handle process from beginning to end to provide a good transition experience for the employee.
    • Work with business leadership on knowing team members and understanding high value talent within each business line.
    • Manage the employee engagement tool (Peakon), send out surveys, and run metrics for leadership.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 7-10+ years related experience in a government contracting or business setting.
    • 6+ years of demonstrated human Resources experience with direct experience across at least three HR areas including, employee engagement and relations, performance management, compensation, onboarding, resource management, organizational training, benefits, compliance, and business relations.
    • Experience with excel focused on pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.
    • Prior experience with LMS System, Udemy a plus.
    • Prior experience with Smart Sheets are a plus.
    • Prior use of Canva, Adobe and other design tools desired.
    • Prior government contracting or cyber security consulting experience a significant plus.
    • Ability to perform training administrator tasks within an LMS.
    • Self-directed, highly professional and collaborative required.
    • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential is preferred but not required.
