    • Collaborate with senior executive leadership and multiple sub teams within a Government Agency including business solutions, information resources management, and IT spending transparency through process improvement and optimization.
    • Execute high visibility tasks to include full lifecycle (planning, monitoring, and closing) Chief of Staff project delivery.
    • Coordinate and facilitate strategic initiatives.
    • Lead the planning and management of events, treating each event as a project that is executed through the project management lifecycle (i.e., pre-event planning to post-event closeout).
    • Develop and maintain project management methodologies, best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and guidance to improve performance of Federal staff and processes.
    • Coordinate, draft, develop, prepare, finalize, provide and distribute templates, SOPs, minutes, executive status reports, action items, meeting agenda and meeting notes.

    Required Qualifications

    • 4-7+ years of relevant work experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) or willingness to obtain PRINCE2 Foundation certification within first 30 days on project
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

    Desired Qualifications

    • Prior federal consulting experience with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
    • Experience using Saleforce or other customer relationship management platforms
    • Experience using Google Suite of tools, Trello, and SmartSheets
