    eGlobalTech (eGT), one of Northern Virginia’s fastest Growing Technology Consulting Firms, is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to support our Cyber, Technology, and Business Solutions Practices at our HQ in Tyson's Corner, VA. Qualified candidates must be able to provide cradle to grave contract administration and support on all assigned contracts, as well as interface with teaming partners and prime contractor points of contact to negotiate various contractual agreements.  Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience reviewing, managing, and extracting pertinent and proprietary legal and monetary terms and conditions information from the corporation’s contracts.     • Manage government contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies, applicable laws and regulations, and customer requirements.
    • Analyze contracts to determine obligations of the company.
    • Oversee compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
    • Review, negotiate, and issue NDAs, TAs, and assist with Subcontract negotiation.
    • Analyze NDA, TA and other agreements with respect to corporate risk, and present options to Executives and PMs or directors to mitigate risks and enhance business objectives.
    • Maintain contract files to ensure all contractual documents and related correspondence are properly stored.
    • Send notifications to company colleagues regarding expiring contracts, updates on renewals, and funding matters.
    • Request contract mods when funding on T&M or cost contracts is at 75% exhausted, or at least 30 days prior to a POP expiration if we have not gotten a notice of intent to renew.

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ Years of demonstrated experience in Contracts Administration or related field
    • Must have bachelor’s degree (Additional 4 years’ experience may replace degree)
    • Detailed knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and working knowledge of other Department/Agency Supplements as needed
    • Experience with submission of various reports in Government websites or portals (eSRS, SAM, eMOD, CPARS, other GWAC reporting systems) is preferred but not required
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work and negotiate successfully with both internal and external parties
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills and business acumen
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word; PowerPoint is a plus
    • Detail oriented and excellent communication skills required
    • The ability to multi-task
