The Entry Level Consultant will provide operations management support to several Government-wide executive councils for a key Federal agency.
Assist with coordination and logistical support activities to include the development of responses to a variety of daily requests from program managers, other Government agencies, Congress and external parties (e.g., media, other vendors, etc.), and document and track major management decisions and actions. The frequency of the support varies by program (e.g. daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly).
Coordinate and provide logistical support for small, medium and large executive council meetings, briefings, workshops, working groups, committees, conferences, boards, and additional operational activities.
Coordinate, draft, develop, prepare, finalize, provide and distribute minutes, status reports, action items, meeting agenda and meeting notes.
0-3+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Google Suite of tools, Trello, and SmartSheets
