  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech (eGT) is looking for an experienced, innovative, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to grow with the firm!  In this role, the individual will collaborate with eGT’s business units and corporate leadership to strategize, plan and execute appropriate marketing support both externally and internally. Reporting to and working with the executive leadership, this individual will manage resources to build and carry out a highly visible program that promotes the firm’s brand among key stakeholders.


    • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy for the firm
    • Design, launch and manage all digital marketing campaigns
    • Collaborate across the organization to implement new and ongoing campaigns
    • Identifying and pilot new digital approaches and channels
    • Manage SEO initiative to formulate and post Google AdWords ads
    • Manage webpage tagging, web banner creative and placement of ads for targeted campaigns, providing tracking and analysis post-campaign
    • Collaboratively develop and implement the company’s content marketing strategy.  
    • Enhance and facilitate internal corporate communications (to include drafting and management of weekly news bulletins, monthly newsletters, and regular though leadership white papers and blogs).
    • Maintain corporate Intranet and public web site content.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with trade media and other influencers (bloggers, etc.).
    • Develop and edit news releases, drafting proactive media pitches and research and develop background information.
    • Coordinate the production of print collateral (brochures, sell sheets, literature packs); includes creative/design/copy writing/layout as well as adherence to corporate standards and templates.
    • Represent eGT in a positive and effective manner, exhibiting behavior consistent with eGT's values.
    • Conference/trade show planning and exhibiting for small and large scale events.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3+ years of demonstrated digital marketing experience within the federal government consulting market
    • Exceptional writing and communications skills
    • Professional social media strategy/posting experience preferred, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
    • Knowledge of and experience with building and managing search engines marketing campaigns, landing page design and optimization, paid social media ads.
    • Must have data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to work with data to inform daily and strategic decisions. Experience desired with web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
    • Comfortable with newswire and marketing software
    • Must work collaboratively and be receptive to feedback and direction
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Flexibility and strength in dealing with tight deadlines and rapidly changing situations

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS coding
    • Experience with Web Content Management Systems (WordPress preferred)
