  • About the Role

    This individual will be responsible for supporting the Senior Leadership of an enterprise-level cybersecurity awareness and engagement program. The individual will also coordinate sector communication activities across component organizations. Duties may include high-level analysis and support related to cybersecurity statutory requirements and compliance, implementation of legislative mandates, agency mission, stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation, cyber policy analysis, and/or integration of business processes to other procedures and disciplines.



    • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
    • Knowledge of Federal Information Security Programs
    • Strong stakeholder communications skills and direct interface with Federal executives
    • Self-starter who is able to drive and lead activities in ambiguous environments
    • Experience with project management and project coordination
    • Strong critical thinking, verbal and facilitation communication skills, leadership skills, and cybersecurity policy background/understanding
    • Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and support engagement activities
    • Strong writing skills

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Federal information security program
    • Provide internal/external consulting services to management and technical staff in managing projects and solving complex project management issues in accordance with federal laws, regulations, and procedures.
    • Perform/support industry analysis, common strategic planning, communications, and stakeholder management concepts and approaches.
    • Support group facilitation, interviewing, training, and other forms of knowledge transfer sessions.
    • Advanced written and oral communication skills to address stakeholders and vendor partners

    Desired Qualifications

    • Prior experience working with federal clients and teams.
    • An understanding of cybersecurity and the critical infrastructure sectors and industry relationships.
    • Experience with healthcare sector
