  • About the Role

    This role is for a Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Analyst who will ensure Agency investments comply with the numerous authorities, including Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, OMB Circulars A-11 and A-130.


    • Support and drive the preparation of OMB Exhibits 300 and Exhibit 53 reporting
      • Assist and support, with help from segments IT portfolio, packaging, and submission of the Agency IT portfolio
      • Assist program management personnel with developing and maintaining Exhibits 300s; the preparation of the Exhibit 53, packaging
    • Have a working knowledge of eCPIC tool, including basic maintenance of the submission materials
    • Provide IT portfolio documentation of assessments and recommendations
    • Support eCPIC process workflows, including new and revised workflow implementations (e.g., Executive Business Case scoring, Major IT investment Ex. 300/53 workflow, non-major Ex. 53 workflow, Monthly and Quarterly Control Review workflows and other products required for the OMB submissions)
    • Support integrated work processes between functional planning activities such enterprise architecture, budget, IT governance

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of direct experience supporting Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process
    • Experience providing consulting services in a federal setting
    • Excellent presentation skills, and ability to develop presentations for all levels of stakeholders
    • Strong ability to plan and delegate work to achieve task goals
    • Ability to analyze project requirements and make appropriate recommendations
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Must have experience working on eCPIC System
    • Must go through an extensive background check and be able to obtain a Public Trust

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience with Technology Business Management (TBM)
