  • About the Role

    eGT is looking for a SharePoint Developer to support the transformation of an Office 365 based workforce productivity environment that includes several SharePoint sites, workflows, forms and applications developed using PowerApps. This is a great opportunity for an experienced developer to re-engineer and streamline a prototype quality system and transform it to a secure production worthy maintainable environment.


    • Analyze and understand current O365 environment including SharePoint and PowerApps
    • Develop strategies to provide unified user interface, search and taxonomy
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear requirements and minimum acceptance criteria
    • Develop, test and implement solutions in PowerApps, Flow, SharePoint and PowerBI
    • Support IT Help Desk team in problem resolution
    • Serve as subject matter expert in maximizing investment in the Office 365 platform
    • Support proposals in topics related to Microsoft Office, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI etc
    • Develop video-based, document-based and in person training

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer related discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years of architecture and/or development experience
    • Certification in SharePoint or Office 365 is highly desirable
    • Demonstrated understanding of SharePoint metadata, term stores, metadata driven navigation, faceted navigation and other advanced SharePoint topics
    • Understanding of PowerApps / Flow Customer Connectors
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Experience in developing presentations using various tools such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
    • Experience in presenting to executive level staff and government leadership to achieve buy-in and consensus
    • Azure Functions and Azure SQL Database experience is highly desirable
