  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech, one of DC’s fastest growing technology consulting firms, is looking for a Project Analyst to join our team. The Project Analyst will serve as program management support to a Federal client with an information security mission.  This role offers excellent compensation, opportunities for career growth, and our corporate benefits package (including 20 days PTO, holidays, corporate paid events, and various performance bonuses).


    • Responsible for supporting the expansion of a Federal information security program's performance management capabilities
    • Assist task leads to collaborate with Federal government and contractor staff to understand the status of key priority activities across an information security environment
    • The role also includes qualitative and quantitative data analysis and stakeholder management responsibilities
    • Assist in the development of project management tools and artifacts for new projects
    • Collaborate and forge strong relationships with senior-level clients to remain aware of projects, operations, and other organizational activities
    • Maintain and communicate dashboard tools that report organizational performance metrics
    • Prepare reports and analysis for senior leadership and internal team members to support strategic program planning and budgeting processes

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree required
    • 3+ years of experience coordinating projects or providing management consulting services
    • Experience working in Federal Information Security programs with continuous monitoring, risk management, security assessment, risk assessments and/or information security auditing
    • Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative)
    • Ability to multi-task and sequence activities to meet concrete deadlines
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Desired Qualifications

    • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint platform
