  • About the Role


    Provide ongoing support to the Agency Programs and shapes the Agency's enterprise’s cybersecurity strategy and initiatives.


    • The Project Analyst role is to work as an integral member of a team that supports security initiatives for the United States government. Coordinate, capture, communicate, track all office external information requests and ensure timely response with appropriate capability response and input for a Federal Agency Information Security Office
    • Provide weekly report of all forecasted and requested data calls in an appropriate method to ensure alerting and awareness
    • Event planning and execution support to Council sessions to include meeting coordination and scheduling, agenda development, and tracking action items into appropriate data call system and tools
    • Provide project management and SME support for each of the Federal Agency Information Security Office's programs 
    • Develop and shape client meeting agendas, work plans, and strategic plans


    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in communications, cybersecurity, and/or management consulting.
    • Practical knowledge of and experience with supporting project management office operations regarding the management, planning, implementation, and operations and maintenance of enterprise projects
    • Ability to interact with and manage executive reporting for senior government leaders
    • Ability to provide meeting and event support and all related documentation
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to draft Standard Operating Procedures and other procedural and strategic documents
    • A general understanding of Federal information security policies, practices, and procedures

    Desired Qualifications

    • Any process improvement/quality management certification (e.g., CMMI)
    • Experience developing and presenting materials and findings to senior executives or senior government officials understanding of Federal information security policies, practices, and procedures
