  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech is seeking a motivated professional to support information sharing, project management, and strategic communication activities for a busy cybersecurity program making an influential difference in our country's healthcare system.     Responsibilities

     

    • Develop and recommend program and performance management improvements
    • Lead and manage all strategic communication for a cybersecurity program
    • Plan and anticipate strategic and tactical planning effort across a cybersecurity program
    • Assist in the development of project management tools and artifacts for new projects
    • Proactively recommend and implement solutions to resolve issues identified
    • Collaborate and forge strong relationships with senior-level clients to remain aware of projects, operations, and other organizational activities
    • Maintain and communicate dashboard tools that report organizational performance metrics
    • Develop and recommend performance measures for projects, operations, and initiatives
    • Prepare reports and analysis for senior leadership and internal team members to support strategic program planning and budgeting processes

    Required Qualifications

    • 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting, planning, and/or project management
    • BS or BA degree required
    • Ability or recent experience in leading, planning, facilitating, and managing the strategic communications strategy for a cybersecurity program
    • Recent experience translating technical requirements into language consumable by a non-technical audience
    • Experience developing communications products (Fact Sheets, White Papers, Marketing Slicks, etc.) for various stakeholder groups
    • Experience leading a team of 5 - 8 staff
    • Proven ability to initiate, manage, and grow relationships with senior level Federal clients
    • Ability to map strategic initiatives to tactical plans and determine methods and techniques for performance management
    • Significant experience developing project plans, project schedules, resource plans, budgets, etc.
    • Experience developing reports such as program reviews, in-process reviews, and/or status reports
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

    Desired Qualifications

    • Project management certification desired (ex. PMP)
