  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech, one of DC’s fastest growing business consulting firms, is looking for a Program Administrator to provide support to an enterprise cybersecurity program in Atlanta, GA. In this fast-paced environment, we expect candidates to interpret and assess our client's needs and deliver on them before being asked.     • Coordinate, capture, communicate, and track external information requests and ensure timely responses with appropriate capability response and input
    • Provide weekly reports of all forecasted and requested data calls in an appropriate method to ensure clients are alerted and aware
    • Track client calendars and schedule all meetings with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
    • Event planning and execution support to include meeting coordination and scheduling, agenda development, and tracking action items into appropriate data call system and tools
    • Support operations planning and strategic planning efforts work plans

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of professional experience
    • Practical knowledge of and experience with supporting project management office operations regarding the management, planning, implementation, operations and maintenance of enterprise projects
    • Ability to provide meeting and event support and all related documentation
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to assist with writing Standard Operating Procedures and other procedural and strategic documents
    • A general understanding of Federal information security policies, practices, and procedures
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check


    Desired Qualifications

    • Any process improvement/quality management certification (ex. CMMI)
    • Experience developing and presenting materials and findings to senior executives or senior government officials understanding of Federal information security policies, practices, and procedures
