  • About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to provide support for a government-wide policy organization, driving financial and IT policy across the Federal Government. This role is in a fast-pace environment that is directly engaging with various C-suite Federal Government officials through hands-on logistics, program, and consulting support. 


    You will support the ongoing operations that is responsible for cross-agency coordination among the C-suite stakeholders at all federal agencies. Stakeholder groups include support for high profile cross agency leadership, share best practices and lessons learned. You will also promote collaboration between and among agency executives to reduce unnecessary duplication of efforts and to ensure the effective, efficient, and consistent implementation of government-wide policies. This role is to support and improve the effectiveness by developing internal standards, processes, and analytical products that met the mission’s needs and objectives. Providing thought-provoking solutions is strongly encouraged.



    This position is located in Washington DC. 



    • Support effective requirements gathering sessions with internal and external customers
    • Assist with developing and maintaining website content and surveys
    • Develop key artifacts such as business process SOPs and diagrams, executive presentations, white-papers, customer blogs, and support the development of talking points to aid government personnel to prepare for presenting at conferences and other events
    • Identify and communicate potential risks and issues that would have substantial program impact
    • Develop effective program communication strategies and execution plans using a wide variety of industry proven techniques
    • Provide meeting facilitation as required (prepare meeting agenda, schedule and set up meetings, prepare meeting materials, draft detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on open actions)
    • Assist with scheduling small and large meeting and events, logistics activities, communications
    • Support status reporting on assigned projects and/or activities

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • 5+ years of business analyst experience providing client-facing deliverables
    • 5+ years of experience in client management
    • Experience working in the Federal Government, preferably in a consulting capacity
    • Proven ability to successfully manage the delivery and execution of high quality and multiple work assignments on schedule
    • Ability to work effectively and interact with all levels of management including executive leadership
    • Self-directed and motivated with strong organizational, systematic and orderly planning abilities, with excellent high attention to detail
    • Proven experience with large, complex programs with the need for multi-dimensional communication strategies with large and diverse stakeholder groups
    • Ability to analyze stakeholder requirements and make appropriate recommendations
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • Expertise in using, MS Office, expert in PowerPoint required and familiarity with Google suite of products.
    • Ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check
