  • About the Role


    eGlobalTech, one of DC’s Fastest Growing Technology Consulting Firms, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our Information and Cyber Security Practice at our HQ in Arlington, VA. Qualified candidates must be excited about learning new and emerging technologies, challenges our project teams are working to solve, and be passionate about supporting mission critical programs. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of technical recruiting experience and a track record of placing technical candidates in the federal space.     • Drive the full lifecycle recruiting process from end-to-end, with a focus on Cyber and Information Security Professionals.
    • Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels, fully leveraging all resources such as candidates in ATS, employee referrals, social media, outreach efforts, and any other special interest resources.
    • Oversee quality of job descriptions, ensuring they accurately capture requirements, are well-written and attractive to target audience.
    • Prepare, extend and negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and navigating approvals on exceptions, if appropriate.
    • Partner with Facilities Security Officers on the verification and processing of clearances.
    • Attend Cyber Security related events in the DC Metro Area on a reoccurring basis.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting; Cyber Security experience is preferred.
    • Experience working with cleared candidates and ability to get candidates through the public trust process by working with FSO and Program Management.
    • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build effective partnerships with hiring managers
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization and follow-up skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and fluid environment; able to balance competing priorities and adapt quickly to changes
    • ICIMS Experience is preferred but not required
