  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech, one of Northern Virginia’s fastest growing technology consulting firms, is looking for an HR and Talent Specialist to join our growing Human Resources and Recruiting team at our HQ in Arlington, VA.  This role will be responsible for facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees, working with internal management to enhance the careers of our employees, and supporting and facilitating project transitions with Recruiting Team.     • Work with HR Team to provide an exceptional onboarding experience to all new employees through welcome e-mails, orientation, and coordination between our Arlington, VA HQ and Project sites throughout the DC Metro Area. 
    • Manage and deploy our employee engagement tool to the entire company as directed. Based on results, work with HR and Upper Management to provide customized and creative solutions that help increase overall employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Support eGT employee career growth through facilitating mentorships, promoting courses offered by eGlobalTech, and providing career development advice and plans.
    • Work with the Recruiting Team to promote internal employees and coordinate and manage interviews and transitions between contracts and programs.
    • Support VPs and Directors, on project site, by meeting with employees one-on-one to discuss program dates, transition options, and manage expectations.
    • Conduct, document, and analyze exit interview activity. Provide results to HR and Upper Management.
    • Manage employee resume and skills database and support proposal efforts as requested. 

    Required Qualifications

    • Must have at least 3-5+ years of professional experience in recruiting and/or human resources.
    • Must have at least 1-2+ years of HR/Employee or recruiting experience; technical recruiting experience is preferred.
    • Knowledgeable of Recruiting and HR Compliance.
    • An upbeat and positive personality with ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Visit client sites while maintaining high levels of professionalism and poise.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is preferred but not required.
