  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech, one of DC’s fastest growing technology consulting firms, is seeking a Management Consultant to support a business strategy program for a federal agency client. Qualified candidates must come from a consulting background, hold an active PMP and and have experience supporting high-profile decision makers through hands-on logistics and program support.  This opportunity is in Washington, DC and offers excellent compensation and career growth opportunities, benefit packages that include 20 days PTO, continuing education bonuses, 401K w/ 3% matching after 90 days, and paid holidays and corporate events.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support to Federal Executive Councils and sub-group (executive committee, sub-committees, communities of practice, working groups, task forces, etc.) initiatives and key projects
    • Provide management oversight, including schedule development, risk management and communications activities and project management plans
    • Provide project management support for council large events
    • Provide support for maintaining executive relationships by maintaining contact information, coordinating meetings, etc.
    • Develop presentations, research, white papers, analysis supporting council activities
    • Consolidate guidance, recommendations, best practices into comprehensive products and tools to be utilized by senior leaders
    • Support the development of presentations and strategy documents

    Required Qualifications

    • 5 years of relevant experience
    • Active PMP
    • Experience in federal consulting
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, finance or other related degree
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to communicate effectively and confidently with end users, technologists, team members and executive management
    • Excellent presentation skills and ability to develop presentations for all levels of stakeholders
    • Strong ability to plan and delegate work to achieve task goals
    • Ability to analyze project requirements and make appropriate recommendations
    • Proficiency in the Google suite, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Ability to support multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience supporting cross government working groups or councils
