  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech’s Award Winning Cyber and Information Security Practice is looking for Cyber Security Engineers to join a technical project team in Washington, DC. Qualified candidates should have experience with Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) and hands on experience working with at least one of the following tools BigFix, Archer, ForeScout, Nessus, Splunk, or Rez. This role requires candidates to have at least a bachelor’s degree and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.     Responsibilities

    • Provide support to our federal customers, located in the Washington DC Metro area, in the fields of Cyber and Information Security Engineering
    • Use Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) knowledge to provide cutting edge best practices to our federal clients
    • Use one or more of the following tools BigFix, Archer, ForeScout, Nessus, Splunk, or Rez to develop, enhance & maintain processes and workflows for systems, including reports, and consult with end users to identify application and business requirements
    • Support design, development, creation & implementation of the use cases within GRC applications
    • End-to-end configuration of the new and existing applications managing every aspect of the SDLC including layout, workflow, reporting, notification, questionnaires, access controls, packaging, etc. Resolve platform & end user related issues
    • Perform administrative tasks, Access Controls (Groups, Roles & Record permissions configuration) Debug performance issues Perform testing & migration support into different environments

    Required Qualifications

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant work experience
    • At least three years of hands on experience working with one of the following tools BigFix, Archer, ForeScout, Nessus, Splunk, or Rez
    • At least one year of experience working with Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM)
    • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; Secret Clearance Eligibility is preferred
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check
