• Website content management which includes drafting, posting, and performing quality reviews of website content
• Interface daily with the public through the project help desk
• Scheduling and documenting meetings with partners and client
• Drafting project press releases and other external communications for publication

• Three years of experience, with at least one year’s experience supporting the government or a government contract desirable
• Website content development experience
• Help desk experience
• Technical writing or editing experience
• Meeting facilitation experience
• Microsoft Office expert proficiency (Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience working with SharePoint or other artifact tracking programs

• Experience with Salesforce and website design a plus
• Experience working with Adobe Muse a plus
• Experience with Social Media a plus
