    eGlobalTech (eGT), an award-winning leader in federal Cyber Security, IT Solutions Development, and Management Consulting, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the operations and maturation of high-profile programs across the federal government. This opportunity focuses on providing day-to-day executive-level support for a senior executive in a fast-paced environment to include scheduling meetings, attending staff meetings to glean action items and tasks, recommending process improvements, and developing briefing materials and ad-hoc presentations.     • Provide day-to-day executive-level support for a senior executive and his/her staff in a fast-paced environment
    • Track, monitor, and maintain calendars and meetings; track and monitor the procedures required for domestic and international travel via Concur Travel
    • Provide inquiry responses, communications management, develop briefing materials and ad-hoc presentations, and coordinate with various client stakeholders on outstanding tasks
    • Respond to inquiries from oversight agencies including the Office of Management and Budget, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Congress
    • Develop written and visual materials to include PowerPoint presentations and action item reports
    • Develop trackers to provide updates to the senior executive and his/her staff on action items
    • Compile, review, and edit high impact actions from managers and staff for submission to weekly reports; prepare reports for executive-level review   
    • Assist official visitors by providing them with proper security procedures and directions

    Required Qualifications

    • Exceptional written and presentation skills
    • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the suite of Microsoft Office tools to include Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Attention to detail, and quality and timely customer support
    • Ability to multi-task while meeting client requirements/timelines
    • A BS or BA degree in a related field OR an AA or AS degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
