  • About the Role

    Come Join eGlobalTech's award winning Cyber Security Team! We are looking for a Senior Risk Management Analyst to support the security review of all changes that are being proposed to our Federal clients' environment and participate in the clients Risk Management Board (RMB). The RMB ensures risk-based decision making and prioritization of security activities (e.g. change/configuration management, vulnerability management, security authorization decisions, etc). 


    •  Act as the Principal Advisor and Consultant to our federal client on all risk management decision points and also participate in activities related to project management, high value asset management and assessment, and enterprise risk management policy development
    • Prepare formal reports or whitepapers on the risks and potential mitigation strategies to reduce the risk associated with implementing the new product, policy, or technology
    • Attend Change Advisory and/or Risk Management Board meetings
    • Review, research, and assess the risk for each change being presented at client-led meetings
    • Provide preliminary security review of technical documents and IT change request with recommendations
    • Evaluate security-related technologies and services being introduced into client’s environment prior to being brought to the RMB meetings for approval/rejection

    Required Qualifications

    • At least eight years of Information and Cyber Security experience and a bachelor's degree
    • Extensive experience with Federal Information Security programs; Advanced knowledge of risk management and FISMA compliance strategies and techniques; understanding of IT Governance; Significant experience utilizing NIST 800 series. 
    • Proven success in information security consultant or auditing roles within the federal space
    • Ability to lead working groups, and demonstrated experience working in collaborative and heterogeneous environments
    • Understanding of and extensive experience with GRC automation tools such as RSA/Archer Suite or similar products and tools is desired
    • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience conducting security assessments and/or risk assessments
    • Experience with vulnerability management, POA&M management
    • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

    Desired Qualifications

    • Security certification such as CISSP, GSEC, CAP, CISM are desired but not required
