  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech is looking for an IT Project Manager who will provide IT project management support to a client with Acquisition Strategy Review and Spend Analytics. You will work with a team of consultants and government clients to support a major Government Agency with cutting edge spend analysis for IT Programs. You will also support program activities and interact with client personnel, including senior leadership to accomplish multiple program objectives. The PM will lead the team in implementing a Cost Saving Strategy for Enterprise Software Licenses. This is a long term, highly visible project with significant opportunities for growth.


    • Act as the primary POC for all contract activities
    • Provide management oversight for multiple tasks
    • Analyze and quickly come up to speed on current project status, objectives, and goals moving forward
    • Develop detailed project plans working in close conjunction with the client and relevant stakeholders
    • Develop schedule to effectively manage project tasks, time, resources and cost
    • Track and manage project financials and reporting to client/stakeholders
    • Effectively and efficiently communicate across the organization leveraging collaboration portals
    • Responsible for timely delivery of high quality deliverables
    • Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer
    • Provide daily supervision and direction to project team members

    Required Qualifications

    • Masters Degree or 15+ years of professional experience
    • 5+ years providing IT project management support in the federal sector
    • 3+ years of demonstrated experience with implementation and deployment of federal government processes, products and services, and related applications and tools
    • Strong working experience with software acquisitions and licensing
    • Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Life-cycle
    • Experience managing 5+ people as part of a delivery team
    • Capable of managing multiple tasks retaining deep understanding of current status, issues and risks with clear vision on execution strategy
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Ability to gauge strengths and weaknesses of the team and delegate work efficiently ensuring balanced and effective utilization
    • Active PMP Certification
    • Bachelor’s Degree mandatory
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

    Desired Qualifications

    • DHS experience preferred
    • Good problem-solving skills and capable of facilitating an environment for creative thinking and innovative ideas
    • Experience with supporting BD activities
    • Understanding of IT Software and Hardware licensing
    • Active Secret Clearance
