About the Role

 

eGlobalTech (eGT) is seeking a motivated, polished consultant to provide key support to an Agency program management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain consulting and project management experience by providing support for Agency project planning, ongoing program activities, meetings and events, publications, and communications. Responsibilities

  • Support project objectives and help assess the impact of industry trends, policy, or standard methodologies
  • Provide management support to client program management staff
  • Coordinate internal and external briefings by preparing agendas and presentation materials; organizing meeting logistics; and capturing meetings minutes
  • Coordinate agency-wide multimodal events
  • Create standard operating procedure (SOP) materials for repeatable program activities
  • Monitor and report performance metrics, for project sponsored projects
  • Support production of executive materials

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a relevant or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to communicate effectively and confidently with end users, team members and executive management
  • Ability to rapidly research to determine answers to questions in collaboration with team members
  • Self-directed and motivated with strong organizational, systematic and orderly planning abilities, and high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google suite of products (slides, sheets, calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Government setting
  • Working knowledge Smartsheet to develop project schedules
  • Prior experience supporting logistics of planning meetings and events
