  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech, one of DC’s fastest growing technology consulting firms, is seeking a Management Consultant to support a business strategy program for a federal agency client. Qualified candidates must come from a consulting background, hold an active PMP and and have experience supporting high-profile decision makers through hands on logistics and program support.  This opportunity is in Washington, DC and offers excellent compensation and career growth opportunities, benefit packages that include 20 days PTO, continuing education bonuses, 401K w/ 3% matching after 90 days, and paid holidays and corporate events.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support to Federal Executive Councils and sub-group (executive committee, sub-committees, communities of practice, working groups, task forces, etc.) initiatives and key projects
    • Provide management oversight, including schedule development, risk management and communications activities and project management plans
    • Provide project management support for council large events
    • Provide support for maintaining executive relationships by maintaining contact information, coordinating meetings, etc.
    • Develop presentations, research, white papers, analysis supporting council activities
    • Consolidate guidance, recommendations, best practices into comprehensive products and tools to be utilized by senior leaders
    • Support the development of presentations and strategy documents

    Required Qualifications

    • 5 years of relevant experience
    • Active PMP
    • Experience in federal consulting
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, finance or other related degree
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to communicate effectively and confidently with end users, technologists, team members and executive management
    • Excellent presentation skills and ability to develop presentations for all levels of stakeholders
    • Strong ability to plan and delegate work to achieve task goals
    • Ability to analyze project requirements and make appropriate recommendations
    • Proficiency in the Google suite, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Ability to support multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience supporting cross government working groups or councils
