About the Role

eGT is seeking a Project Manager to lead a dynamic team of technical and functional domain experts in support of our government client mission. This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating the team’s work load, while participating in hands-on functional analysis tasks supporting the client requirements. The ideal candidate will identify process improvements and bring efficiencies to our team’s operations.


  • Responsible for resource, scope, and task management for ongoing operational support tasks.
  • Perform hands-on analysis tasks in support of the client mission and requirements.
  • Assess current processes and identify changes to improve the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Support functional as well as technical analysis tasks.
  • Analyze and propose technology and tools to improve the client operations.
  • Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
  • Create, review, and update program documents to include SOPs, requirements, and other operational documents.
  • Work with Federal Project Manager, internal and external customers, and special project teams.
  • Perform and support PM duties including schedule, risks, and issue management.
  • Responsible for communicating and interfacing with the client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • 8+ years of functional and/or technical analysis experience in the IT domain, preferably in a federal government setting
  • Hands on Agile/Scrum experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proven experience supporting operational teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated business process improvement expertise
  • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics domain
  • CAPM, PMP, or similar PMI certifications
  • CSM or similar Agile certifications
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA
  • Knowledge of the US Immigration domain
  • Active DHS Clearance.
