  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech, one of the fastest growing management, IT and cybersecurity consulting firms in the DC area, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex, digital transformation projects for the federal government. Working on this fast-paced but detail oriented team would include project management, oversight of enterprise application development, client relationship management, resource management, technology and thought leadership, schedule and risk management.


    • Lead a large team consisting of technical SMEs, software developers, and analysts to build and maintain digital services to be shared across the enterprise
    • Lead stakeholder engagement and client relationship management
    • Act as a strategic advisor to government clients/executives for enterprise and business transformation efforts
    • Direct project planning, execution, risk and issue management
    • Develop detailed project schedules
    • Act as point of contact for all project activities
    • Support quality processes to ensure timely delivery of consistently high quality deliverables
    • Recruit and develop high performing teams
    • Provide thought leadership on key technical issues, organizational challenges and business problems

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years of successful project management execution supporting large complex consulting engagements 
    • 5+ years demonstrated client management skills in a Federal setting
    • PMP certification
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business fields
    • Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience following Agile and/or Scaled Agile methodologies
    • Experience leading technology teams in building cloud based solutions and XaaS solutions
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the CIO’s (OCIO) digital transformation and/or shared services initiatives
    • Experience supporting IT and digital transformation services for other DHS components (USCIS, CBP, etc.)
    • Federal Government Public Trust or higher security clearance (e.g. DHS Suitability)
