  • About the Role

    eGlobalTech, one of the leaders in management consulting within the federal government, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large, complex, digital transformation initiative for the federal government. Tasks will include program and project management, strategy development, client relationship management, resource management, technology and thought leadership, ability to conduct research and analysis of business options, suggesting and implementing key program processes. Highly awarded and rapidly growing, we offer a long list of benefits including 20 days PTO, continuing education bonuses, 401K w/ 3% matching after 90 days, and paid holidays and corporate events.


    • Lead a large team consisting of technical SMEs and business personnel to build and maintain digital services to be shared across the enterprise
    • Lead stakeholder engagement and client relationship management
    • Act as a strategic advisor to government clients/executives for enterprise and business transformation efforts
    • Direct program planning, execution, risks, and issues management
    • Develop master and detailed project schedules
    • Ensure effective financial contract management
    • Act as a point of contact for all program activities
    • Support quality processes to ensure timely delivery of consistent high-quality deliverables
    • Recruit and develop high performing teams
    • Provide thought leadership on key technical issues, organizational challenges, and business problems
    • Drive the expansion of the program through operational excellence, current program expansion, and organic growth 

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years of successful program management execution supporting large complex consulting engagements 
    • 5+ years of demonstrated client management skills in a Federal setting
    • PMP or PgMP certification
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Sciences or Management disciplines
    • Proven capability to grow existing program scope and drive organic growth
    • Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience following Agile and/or Scaled Agile methodologies
    • This position requires a clearance and/or badge that involves an extensive background and credit check

    Desired Qualifications

    • Experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the CIO’s (OCIO) digital transformation and/or shared services initiatives
    • Experience supporting IT and digital transformation services for other DHS components (USCIS, CBP, etc.)
    • Federal Government Public Trust or higher security clearance (e.g. DHS Suitability)
