About the Role

eGlobalTech is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator who will be responsible for managing, directing, and controlling the sub-contracting functions for the firm’s multiple prime contract programs.  This includes the full lifecycle of subcontract management, from bid, evaluation, award, administration, and close-out, the handling of complex issues regarding subcontracts, and providing strategic input to internal stakeholders.   An individual who has worked in a similar capacity with a government contractor and is familiar with government requirements, i.e., Federal Acquistion Regulation (“FAR”) and related Supplements i.e., DFAR, HSAR, etc., is desirable.




  • Directs and coordinates subcontract functions with a focus on development and administration of subcontracts involving the federal government
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with subcontractors
  • Leads subcontract negotiations including both contractual and business terms
  • Oversees and supports development of formal subcontract agreements, consulting agreements, reseller agreements, teaming arrangements, Non-Disclosure agreements, as well as vendor agreements; assists in review of Statements of Work as required
  • Participates in the review of RFPs to identify contractual risks and compliance requirements, including submission of questions.
  • Leads the development and negotiation of Bidder RFQ/RFPs in support of business development, and ensures Subcontractor compliance with the prime RFP, regulatory requirements, and corporate policy
  • Supports the establishment of policies and procedures for compliance to federal government contracting rules and regulations
  • Provide reports on Procurement Actions; Subcontract Agreements; Consulting Agreements; Teaming Agreements; Non-Disclosure Agreements, Areas of Risk, and Regulatory Compliance issues including small business
  • Lead subcontracts point of contact for all internal and external audits
  • Supports subcontractor government property oversight to include the interface with audit agencies
  • Assist in meeting all corporate goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of subcontract administration experience with the federal government
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with developing risk mitigation plans of varying degrees of complexity for regulatory compliance issues, contractual performance, and vendor / supplier oversight
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and other Department/Agency Supplements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully with others both internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and SharePoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or related discipline

Desired Qualifications

  • National Contract Management Association (“NCMA”), Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (“FAC-C”), and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (“DAWIA”)  certification (or equivalent) is desired but not mandatory
