About the Role


eGlobalTech, one of DC’s fastest growing technology consulting firms, is looking for a CyberSecurity Program Consultant to assist in implementing and maturing the development of an information security and innovation program. Qualified candidates should be passionate about innovation and emerging threats and technologies. This position is in Arlington, VA and offers excellent compensation and career growth opportunities, benefit packages that include 20 days PTO, continuing education bonuses, 401K w/ 3% matching after 90 days, and paid holidays and corporate events.


  • Assist in implementing and maturing the development of an information security and innovation program, incorporating new and emerging requirements and Federal guidance; while also accounting for best practices and emerging threats and technologies.
  • Improve the client organizations’ risk management and security posture.
  • Develop and implement processes, SOPs, and other project organizational design documents.
  • Track and analyze emerging threats and technologies.
  • Map regulations to security requirements and analyze new regulations for impact.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience working in federal information security programs
  • Experience working in at least three of the following disciplines: cybersecurity, enterprise deployment of security tools, cloud security, application security, storage, and/or virtualization
  • Solid understanding of NIST's risk management framework.
  • Experience performing risk assessments and developing risk assessment reports.
  • Experience with project management tools and best practices.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills to address stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • CISSP, CISM or related certification
  • Experience with enterprise architecture
  • Experience with healthcare sector
  • Experience conducting security assessments and gap analysis of tools and new technologies
