About the Role

We are seeking a Management Analyst to lead a key task area and support the management consulting activities alongside the project/program manager, technical staff, and federal clients for strategy and business support services, particularly in the cybersecurity discipline for healthcare and public health sector engagement.


  • Assist in research activities, including organizing webinars and technical expert meetings, taking meeting notes, drafting sections for deliverables, providing technical assistance to sites, testing programmed instruments, and cleaning and coding data
  • Assist with quality control and monitoring of data collection
  • Participate in data collection activities including survey administration, cognitive interviews, in-depth interviews, site visits, and focus groups
  • Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research, including online and in-person focus groups, audience segmentation, and development of audience personas/typologies
  • Manage client and business development relationships related to research
  • Familiarity with leading research methodologies, including social media measurement, and leading research vendors
  • Synthesize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data and communicate findings to non-research audiences
  • Some travel is required

Required Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in research methods, survey methodology and analysis, and statistics
  • Ability to provide independent consult and collaborate with other researchers in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nationwide surveys to assess the level of cybersecurity awareness in the Healthcare and Public Health Sector

  • Ability to provide consult on and support in conducting of surveys and data collection, using proven methods such as interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, market analysis surveys, public opinion polls, literature reviews, and file reviews

  • Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results
  • Ability to advise clients in order to identify survey needs and any specific requirements, such as special samples

  • Ability to advise in the determination of specific details in the survey projects, including sources of information, procedures to be used, and the design of survey instruments and materials
  • Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with federal clients and teams
  • Masters in marketing research, survey research, statistics, or the social sciences is preferred
  • An understanding of cybersecurity and the critical infrastructure sectors and industry relationships
