About the Role

eGlobalTech is looking for an Enterprise Architect with 10+ years of experience to assist a high visibility client identify business unit KPI's, perform gap analysis of current projects, and identify the architecture and interfaces to data sources.  The preferred candidate will possess keen attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and independently, and to quickly understand the client environment.  This person should have understanding of Government Shared Services prior to joining the project.


  • Identify Business Unit KPIs, other related data needed and gaps in data
  • Identify purpose and justification for the data
  • Identify data structures and data sets and the source of the data
  • Identify the architecture, infrastructure, and interfaces to data sources, tools supporting this automated collection, security concerns, analysis and reporting
  • Provide a proof of concept with tool selection and identified data sets
  • Develop a phased approach to an automated implementation that integrates with existing and upcoming systems
  • Identify next steps and recommendations for ongoing refinement of data, organizational structure, and required skill sets
  • Identify issues and risks
  • Provide progress and executive briefs

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience
  • Knowledge and expertise in Federal Enterprise Architecture standards and practices
  • Knowledge and experience in developing business metrics and KPIs to measure productivity and performance of portfolios, programs, and projects
  • Extremely good organizational skills with the ability to streamline discussions and thought processes into clear sets of goals, objectives, action items, and outcomes
  • Ability to interact and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders efficiently utilizing their time to extract pertinent information and details from them and diligently documenting them
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to come up with new and innovative approaches to solving complex and challenging problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the strong ability to efficiently and effectively get messages across a diverse audience
  • Strong expertise in the Google suite of tools, Word, Visio, SmartSheets, Project, and similar applications
  • Knowledge and expertise in one or more EA tools such as Troux, Alfabet, Systems Architect, and similar tools is a plus
