About the Role

eGlobalTech, an award-winning leader in federal Cybersecurity, IT Solutions Development, and Management Consulting, is seeking a communications analyst to support the operations and maturation of high-profile security programs across the federal government.

This position is for a team player who can multitask projects with a focus on coordinating day-to-day tasks, reviewing and routing correspondence, and creating various marketing materials in a fast-paced environment.   • Coordinating day-to-day tasks, including requests from various clients, with the ability to multitask and reprioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Reviewing and routing correspondence to various offices within and outside the agency - Correspondence includes memorandums and acquisition documents
  • Creating marketing materials including flyers, posters, and newsletters
  • Drafting and editing broadcast messages, one-pagers, and presentations
  • Responding to inquiries from oversight agencies including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Congress, while ensuring that they are processed in accordance with policies in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic arts using Adobe InDesign or Adobe Photoshop
  • A command of the Microsoft suite of tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A BS or BA Degree in a related field OR an AA or AS Degree and two years of relevant experience OR four years of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with or supporting executives or senior-level managers
  • Photography experience
  • Graphic design experience
  • Editorial experience
