About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our corporate talent acquisition team in Arlington, VA. The is responsible for identifying, attracting, qualifying, and managing top talent through the interview and hiring process for eGlobalTech and our Federal clients in the Public sector.  The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys networking with technical professionals and working with a team to ensure a positive experience for our hiring managers and candidates.


  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process.
  • Source and recruit technical candidates using a variety of strategies including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, internal database, career and industry events, local colleges and universities, etc. 
  • Screen candidates, schedule in-person interviews, and close candidates on offers. 
  • Quickly and efficiently fill immediate billable openings and staff proposals.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming opportunities.
  • Provide status updates to internal team on position and candidate progress. 
  • Additional duties, tasks and projects as assigned or requested. 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting on an in-house corporate or staffing agency team.
  • Experience recruiting candidates with technical skill sets such as Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers and Systems/Software Developers.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced recruiting tactics including writing Boolean strings and using social media to find passive candidates.
  • Team player who thrives in a very fast paced environment with high level of communication and collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of the hiring process.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
