Enterprise Architect/Business Analyst

About the Role

Provide support for Enterprise Architecture and responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of IT architecture models and their lower level components. Required to interpret, use and, apply information contained within IT architecture to inform a range of business improvement activities, particularly those involved in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of IT support systems.


  • Provide proactive meeting facilitation support including meeting logistics support, detailed meeting minutes development, agenda development, and stakeholder management.
  • Recommends and participates in activities related to the design, development and maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture (EA).         
  • Advises and recommends enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies.
  • Conducts analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans to ensure that the EA objectives are consistent with the enterprise’s long-term business objectives.
  • Coordinates closely with business and system owners and stakeholders to determine business requirements and technology requirements. 
  • Conduct requirements gathering including tracking, outreach, and communication to improve customer IT department’s functions so they support our future goals
  • Develop and refine business architecture models that reflect customer’s strategies and goals
  • Assists the government in assessing quality issues and coordinating to resolve issues associated with IT projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Enterprise Architect.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related degree.
  • Excellent consulting skills to support and manage clients and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process-driven methodologies.
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently with end users, technologists, team members, and executive management.
  • Able to understand high-level technology solutions including platforms, applications, computing languages, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Google Suite of applications including Google Documents, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.

Process driven analysis skills and a background in various requirements elicitation methods

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in a centralized Enterprise Architecture Program.
