About the Role

eGlobalTech is looking for a Cyber Innovation SME who will provide information security, technology, and project management consulting to a Federal client. This role involves requirements analysis, project planning and execution, development of white papers, tool and vendor evaluation and communication, and information security consulting services at a large Federal Department/Agency.

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Ability to provide consulting services as a reliable and validated information security consultant.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development and management of technical focused meetings, industry days, and events. This includes: planning meeting logistics, identifying and coordinating speakers. and developing materials.
  • Communicate findings and responses to tasks and possess adeptness with both written and oral communications.
  • Ability to conduct vendor/stakeholder engagement and management.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in either information security or technology consulting
  • BS or higher preferred, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline
  • Demonstrated experience working in collaborative and pragmatic environments.  
  • Advanced knowledge of at least two of the following technical disciplines (cloud, data loss prevention [DLP], application development, or virtualization)
  • Ability to create technology solution products, such as roadmaps.

  • Previous experience drafting white papers or position papers on enterprise security solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of security standards such as NIST and OMB.
  • Demonstrated consulting and analytical skills and experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities.
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders to include vendors, senior leadership, CIOs, and CISOs.

Desired Qualifications

Technical or process certifications highly desired.
